Open the "Ben check-in FULL BACKUP" email, select all, copy, paste below, press Merge. It saves to your account in the cloud database — duplicates handled automatically.

Where the data lives now: in the cloud database, under your login only. The JSON download is your personal off-cloud backup — save one to the family folder monthly. The backup emails in Gmail remain the archive of record.
